Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@qamaraya.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (such as scarves or jewelry)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
